Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
driving on suspended license
I just got a driving on suspended license in Michigan. Back in 1999 I got another driving on suspended license in Texas. Can the Michigan courts use that one in Texas against me when I go to court?

Re: driving on suspended license
if it shows up on your driving record, it can be used against you. Thebiggest thing is to get your license back before heading to court. Visit www.kliszlaw.com to discuss the details. Tim Klisz
