Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I get dropped randomly 8 times a month and just found out one of my drops came back as a diluted I see my probation officer in two weeks and I'm freaking out if he violates me it will be my 2nd violation for my 1st he recommended 6 months my max is a year. My charge is a DUI 2nd n I was on lithium I believe that is what caused the dilution. What should I say and what do you think will be the out come?
