Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

How can I get a drug addict nephew removed from his grandmothers home. The nephew is addicted to soma and is draining my mothers life savings. Is this a coersion case ? He keeps tells her the drug dealers are going to kill him and his family unless he pays for the drugs that he was fronted. She ends up paying daily and this cycle continues. She will not turn him in for the illegal drugs or the checks that he stole from her and forged. I would like to see him in jail .

Another option is for you to make a complaint to the state office of the Department of Human Services in that county (each county has an office location for DHS). DHS has an "adult protective services" division that can investigate abuse of adults ... which may include something like this.
