Drug charges
Three years ago I was charged with intent to deliver 7 ounces of herion, they temporarly dismissed my charges. They are now recharging me. what can i do?

If the matter was dismissed WITHOUT prejudice, as it appears from the facts, the prosecutor can refile the case.
I would advise you to get a copy of the police reports, investigative reports, witness statements etc (and a discovery order) and decide whether to hold or waive the exam.
Memories fade and witnesses (even police witnesses) may be difficult to find.
The 3 year period may also give you some ammunition to work out a deal which may avoid a trial and possible prison time if convicted.
