Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Drug Process
I need to know what to expect. I did a plea by the Cobb act. I have a 20 year clean record and was told by my lawyer that i could have up to a $5000.00 fine. This happen in 1989 and i decided to clear this up. I feel this is to much and would like more advice.
