For example, you drop urine for one probation case, which is a marijuana charge, that case ends, you get another probation case, which is a DUI charge and you take a breathalizer weekly for that charge, would you still have to drop urine for marijuana even though your probation for the marijuana charge has already ended.

Drug testing is frequently ordered as a conditon of probation for a drunk driving conviction. In your case, since you have a prior conviction for possession, drug testing seems inevitable.
