drug tratment as a sentence
my friend is charged with 3 felonies of property non violent. What are the chances of drug treatment as an alternative sentence?

Your friend should review his case with an experienced attorney to determine if his charges can be beat or reduced. When our firm wins cases, there is no sentencing.

You need to have your friend retain an attorney before taking a plea to 3 felonies. Those felonies will have a huge impact on his/her sentencing guidelines. Your friend would be follish to go to Court without an attorney, especially in Ann Arbor.
