Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
drunk driving
how many days can u get in jail for drunk driving on a second offense. This happend in mt. pleasant mich. Is there anyway where u can get out of there is a real sick family member. Or can u be put on probation like teather or take the pil that makes you throw up?

I don't fully understand your question. The sentence depends on your prior record and what type of drunk driving offense you are found guilty of. A possible maximum sentence could be up to a year in jail. You need to contact me ASAP so we can get moving on your case and discuss your options.
