a few years ago i lost my husband and my husband's neice took advantage of me and my late husband's life insurace.. i was very ill after the loss of my husband, in and outa work.. and doctors. she also took advatage of her own daugter's money.. what law in the state of michigan can i do about getting my money back from her?

You might be able to file a civil lawsuit against her. You need to meet with a civil litigation lawyer in your area.
