Embezzle by a lawyer

Hello years ago I was in embezzle by a lawyer who was watching a trust for me since I was a minor. When I turned the legal age the account was gone. Instead having him go to jail we mad a agreement and he eventualy sind a promisorry note to repay me back. It has been ten years now. Is there a way I can still go after him. He owes about 75,000 dollars. Thank you in advance.. J Reeves

You must act very quickly and without delay. If the statute of limitations has run (and it probably has) then your recourse is to report the attorney to the Attorney Grievance Comission. They are located in Detroit. I think that their phone number is 1-313-961-6585.
