Embezzlement charge
I was arrested for embezzlement & after going through th full court procedures, the jury found me not guilty. If a background check is done on me, is the arrest going to show?

Yes. You need to have your arrest record, including book records and fingerprints, expunged and destroyed. I would suggest you hire a lawyer to ensure this is done properly. If you need a referral, please contact me.
