Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Expunge my record , as a relative used my name during a traffic stop , not sure if she was convicted, however I applied for my CPL and I was denied 09/15/2015 for a drug related felony as it was committed by my cousin , not by me. Please advise.
