Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Expungement
I have 3 felony convictions#1-1998,#s2-3 in2002.I'm paying court cst &fines for case #1,nothing for the others.Can I get any of these expunged? If so, when and how do I go about getting the process started? Thank You

Re: Expungement
No, you cannot expunge becaue you have "more than one" misdemeanor or felony conviction. Expungments ("setting aside a conviction") are only available for a person's first and only conviction.
