expungment
I got charged with felonious driving, in detroit then like a year later i got charged with a misdamenor in dearborn. What can i do?? Can i get them expunged. Please help. Can a judge help me out?

If you have been convicted (not just charged) with more than one crime in your life (misdemeanor and/or felony), then neither/none of the convictions can be set aside (expunged) under current Michigan law. Other rules and exceptions exist in this area of the law (like a 5-year waiting period after your sentencing, limitations for expunging convictions under the motor vehicle code, etc.), but based on the facts that you gave us, the one-conviction-only rule is the biggie that'll be a barrier to you.
