Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
What happens if you're extremely drunk and tired at the end of the night, and, without knowing, you end up having sex with someone. When you realize you're having sex, you stop it, feeling raped, but they don't want to stop and, angry, ask you to ask someone else for them. If that person also feels raped, how legally responsible are you for having asked them under duress and pressure, while passed-out drunk, completely unaware of what was going on consciously?
