this is a crime of Moral Turpitude and can result in immediate deportation. Please contact immediately to represent you as I have handled dozens of non-citizen shoplifting cases with great results. What ever you do, dont plead guilty!!! www.kliszlaw.com Tim Klisz
This may be a crime of moral turpitude depending upon the amount of the goods taken. If convicted of such a crime, you become immediately deportable as the court is required by law to report your conviction to Homeland Security. I can remove this threat in court, but it must be done before your first appearance.
There are no do-overs in this situation. You must get it right the first time.
