Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

Right to face accuser in court

Bobby sells marijuana to Maggy that turns out to be an informant for the police, but still a civilian. Bobby was offered a deal with the police, but refused. When he goes to court for the devliery of marijuana charge, won't Maggy have to appear in court? Even though in the police report her name is not mentioned, just an ID number used by the orginization that asked her to do the buy?

No, it is not required that Maggy appears in court. Rather than trying to figure this case out, I recommend that you hire an experienced and aggressive attorney that has a track record for drug cases.
