Facing a marijuana possession charge and have a cs use narct charge on my record from 8 yrs ago will I be going to jail?

Who the judge is will probably be the most impirtant factor in that decisiob. With most judges I would say it us possible but doubtful. Make sure you are represented by an experienced criminal defense attorney from that area that handles drug and marijuana cases who will be able to guve you a better idea of what to expect.
