Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Fake Rolex
I recently sold a few rolex's on ebay. I was told these rolex's were identical to the real thing except for the internal movement. I even have a jewelers report stating they were real. I put that in my auction. The people who bought them asked for their money back and I gave it back. Someone found out about my selling and notified the FBI (not one of the buyers-no complaint was filed). I then sold my watches to a couple friends and told them they were fakes. They tried to sell them and had to give the money back as well. How much trouble am I in?
