Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
False Identification
I recently incurred questioning by a police officer regarding a false id given to a friend. I admitted to owning the id at some point but did not give any information as to who made it. My full name and address were on the id. How will I be charged and will the offense be able to be cleared from my record? Thank you for your time.

Re: False Identification
Since your already begun the process of doing further harm to yourself, I recommend that you quit doing that. Instead, retain and experienced and aggressive attorney to represent you and to protect you from your own continuing errors.
