False Police Report Charge
I am being charged with filing a false police report. It is being treated like a felony. I have no record of anything and cooperated with police. What do you tihnk will happen?

First time in trouble, no jail generally, probation, drug test, maybe... every case and every judge is different. Ask your lawyer and don't tell me you don't have one.
