Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
false state to the police
I was robbed in one city and after driving out of that city i called 911 and told the cops it happened at another place. they say i might be charged with a false police report what schould i do. and what are some of the penalties behind this. I really was robed and stabed in the other city just reported it in a different city. I have no other charges on my record.. what are some of the possible punishments.....
