Falsely accused of improper ''touch''

My friend's daughter told her therapist that he (my friend and her father) has touched her in a ''bad'' way. What steps should he take to protect himself?

Re: Falsely accused of improper ''touch''

The therapist is REQUIRED BY LAW to notify the authorites of the accusation. Normally the accused person(s) will be contacted by the police soon. I very strongly advise them to meet with an experienced, aggressive defense attorney BEFORE the cops contact them. The will want to speak with a law firm that specializes in this field of criminal defense. For more information, go to:

Lots of people end up in prison in these cases. Don't make that mistake.

Re: Falsely accused of improper ''touch''

1. How old id the child, exactly. This is a VERY important question. I cannot overemphasize the importance of this.

2. In what zip code does he live?

3. when was the allegation made?

This matter will be pursued by the police very quickly. In a matter of days. He should absolutely not talk to anyone about this until he has hired a lawyer, and should talk only to that lawyer.

Call if you have other questions.
