Falsely Accused
What should you do if you are suspended from work because a co-worker accused you of exposing yourself to them?

Your question has nothing to do with criminal law. The circumstances you are describing are based in civil law. You have a few choices to make to rectify the situation if, indeed, the allegations against you are false. First of all, where in your employment contract does it state that you will be suspended based on hearsay? That is one lawsuit. The other is a defamation suit against the accuser. Speak with a civil attorney versed in these matters. Good luck!
