Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Faxing my medical record's w/o my authorization!
Can anyone tell that if it is criminally illegal for a hosp. lab. to fax my med. rec. w/o my auth.!!
It should be, it is a clear violation of my civil right's! Please Help?....

This is not a "crime", but may put the medical people at risk for civil damages from you.
You don't explain what types of medical reports were released, or to whom. Were they released pursuant to a subpoena or search warrant?
