Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
i feel that i have shafted by my court appointed attorny. can he share what we discuss in his office with the prosecuton without my permission? he's done this several times. also can a felony a comited 17 years ago that is not related to new charge be used against me for habitual?

He's done this "several times"? You meet with him in his office? He fully communicates the details of his discussions with the prosecutor? Sounds like he's putting a lot of effort into your defense for a court-appointed attorney.
The prior felony conviction does not have to be related for a habitual.
