No. I have heard of some getting one of the felonies set aside because of an irregularity and then the other felony expunged, but it would be extremely difficult and a longshot at best. Also if you have an additional misdemeanor, you would also be ineligible.

No. Expungement is available only to persons with only one crime on record.
