Felonious assualt
I was sent to bootcamp before I could respond to my appeals attorney and I still want to fight this charge.

You no longer have a charge, you have a conviction. You were given plenty of time to appeal starting from your sentencing when you received notice of your right to appeal.
By the time you graduate from bootcamp (if you're lucky), you'll still have plenty of time to appeal while you finish your probation. If you pled guilty, your chances on appeal are slim.
