Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
felony assault with a deadly weapon
on feb 13 09 i had about 8
marshals come into my home and
arrest me. now this is where it gets
fun, they charged me withfelony
assault with a deadly weapon on
this girl the thing is i have never
met this girl in my life, i have never
been to the place where the attack
happened, and i dont know any of
her friends so there is no middle
friend. the attack happened mar 30
08 at 12:50am when the detective
got to the scene of the crime he
didnt take the video from the crime
scene ( tonic night club) im thinking
the first thing you do as a detective
is check the video and the place
had lots of them. second he did not
interview any of her friends that
night only the victim and this is
where it gets good he shows her a
photo lineup on jun 26th 08 thats
almost 3 months later. there is
more stuff on here that i would like
to say but i dont want to make it
long.. my question to you is is there
anyway i can get out of this and
can i sue ( there are more stuff on
the police report that can help my
case so if anyone can help please
let me know i might due time for a
crime i didnt commit

You should contact an experienced, tough attorney. Your case should be defended. You can read more at:

You need to talk to a lawyer that handles both criminal cases in Detroit, and regularly sues police. I do both.
If your case is pending, who is your judge? When is your trial? Who is your lawyer?
Call me.
