Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
i have a felony conviction from 1971 for b&e i was 17 years old. i did 30 days in jail.there was no assault or firearm involved. what my question is,can i by a rifle to go hunting with my sons?i was
wondering about a certain length of time i have to wait?or do i have to get the felony expunged
before i can purchase a firearm? or can i ever own a firearm again? thankyou!
