How do I go about getting a Felony

Espounge, that occurred in 1992.

Search the LawGuru.com database of past questions/answers for "expunge", "expungment" or "set aside a conviction".

Those are the proper terms, and spellings.

Bottom line #1 is that you should consult with an attorney who handles expungments because the process is very specific and if you do it on your own you might miss something.

Bottom line #2 is that you can have one and only felony or misdemeanor conviction (the one you're trying to set aside). If you have any other criminal conviction (even a "traffic offense" misdemeanor), you should not be eligible (if the judge follows the letter of the law).
