Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
felony
I was put on felony probation and have been recently released. The conviction was RCSP Motorvehicle. I was 19 and am now 24. The car belonged to my mother who did not press charges but because it was a domestic matter the state took over and charged me. That is the only felony on my record. I have 2 misdemeanors for domestic violence. Can I have the felony removed and how do I go about doing so ?

Re: felony
No, you cannot "remove" this felony from your criminal record because it is not your "one & only" criminal conviction. (You have 2 other misdemeanors.)
Re: felony
No, you're two crimes over the limit.
Re: felony
You cannot. You can only have one conviction on your record for expungement.
Re: felony
No expungement because of multiple convictions.
