having a felony removed from record
i have a felony conviction in 1992,
which i pled guilty to, also i had a DUI in 1998. i also pled to. with two guilty pleas can i have my felony taken off my record

Your are not eligible to apply to expunge your criminal records if you have two convictions.

You are not eligible to set aside any of your convictions. Under current Michigan law, you can petition to set aside your "one and only" criminal conviction (misdemeanor or felony in any state) ... but you have more than one conviction.
Expungement is not for your "one and only felony". You must have a clean criminal record other than the one you are trying to set aside.
