Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
If my fiance ( a sex offender ) and I were to get married while he's on parole, could he move in with me and my daughter? We've been together for over 2 years, the whole time he's been on parole and I've asked his parole officer if he could move in and he said that the Parole Board would say no? I've never asked until now because we want to get married and not have to live apart. He's only got 6mos left i we have to wait. Oh, we live in Michigan. :) Thank- you for any and all help I may get.

I agree that the parole board is unlikely to approve this. It is also VERY possible that Children's Protective Services would become involved if they found out that you allow your daughter to be around a sex offender. This child's father could also ask the court to change custody based on this silly action on your part.
