Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
filling a false police report,but other partys are lying
straight to the point got to guns pulled on me .made a 911 call after the incident. the person drove away after, with 2 others in vehicle .followed peeps while on the phone with 911 . the police pulld them over after about 5 mins after we left the place wher incident happened.enough time 4 them all to make lies up n make a call back to the apartment to get rid of the guns.but anyhow they all stuck to the story that there was an argument so it back fired on me and made me goto jail for filling a false police report.this guy does not deserve to be on the street and i dont know him at all . just wanted to know also whould there be a way to polygraph im willing to cause id pass right now but there all lying
