Im trying to find out how long a convict will do on parole for a offense such as child molestation under the age of 13.

The length of his parole will be set by the Department of Corrections at the time of his parole. There are way too many variables involved to give you an accurate answer. Those variable include the length of his original prison sentence, the length of his tail at the time of his parole, the exact charges for which he was convicted, etc. Several years of parole supervision is not uncommon.
