Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

I am foreigner,I'm 31 live in Chicago area,my English is not very good.November 2012 I dated a girl she is 24 live in Detroit.we know each other online,we had been dating 2 weeks.After we talkd couple days I went to see her.We met twice,first time we just had dinner together,and talkd alittle.after a week I went to see her one more time.This time

we like a couple,I love her and she love me,we had dinner together and went to movice few times I told her what I am doing and about my family where do I live nothing lie to her..Then we had "sex" in the hotel,she didn't mind.she was "virgin".Then I drop her to home,I stayed along in the hotel,next day I say goodbye to her back to home.we still talk few days,I was thinking we live by too far,my English not good.So I wanna stop the relationship,I don't know how to say to her,wanna find a easy way.That's why I did not answer her message and call.she just sent to me few message and "1" called.I did not answer

she never contact me again.. I thought this thing is done.

This month she found a lawyer,lawyer sent to me a email he said"you rape her in November 2012." I said :"you should know what is call rape,we just had been dating few weeks like boyfriend and girlgriend".Then he sent me back:"your irresponsible behavior could be charged with fraud trap and scam.she may not sue you if you explain why you were hiding and not contacting her." After this I contactd to the girl,we decide meet in Detroit.

we met on this year November 1,I saw her and her new boyfriend.we had really good talk,she dose not really mind me.and I made a apologize,she said:"I just need you come up explain to me then everything is be done."Finish time they let me singd a paper,they said after that the thing is done..When I back to home,the lawyer sent to me one more email,he

said :"Hopefully we will send you an agreement letter to you in the next couple of weeks, and additional item will be added on. If she needs therapy, you have to pay for it. Read it carefully when you receive it, let me know if you have any questions.You are a foreigner in this country, any minor mistakes may lead deportation. I hope you learned your lesson and really apologize for what you did. Things are not that easy to be done."

Now I feel so confuse,I cant sleep well and work well.my question is 1. What I did can make a FRAUD TRAP? If she report to police I have chance go to prison? 2.they let me sing the paper did not show any details,and after I singd they took all paper a way,give me nothing.just said send to me next few weeks, they did that is right?what can I do now?find a lwayer or call a ploice tell a trues?
