Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Fraud
I was found to have stolen over $600 from an employer due to fraudulent returns. I was reported to the Police by the employer but completley co-operated with the employer by returning the items and admitting to it right off the bat.
I was wondering what I should expect legally as I co-operated and what punishments are likely to happen.
Thanks

Re: Fraud
Not knowing anything more about your case and you, it is difficult to predict what will happen. However it is very predictable that if you continue to act foolishly, the consequences will be more severe. For instance, you acted very foolishly when you defrauded your employer. You acted foolishly when you chose to deal with this issue without consulting an experienced criminal defense attorney. You continue to act foolishly by looking for legal advice on the internet.
At some point perhaps you will act more intelligently. The sooner that happens, the better your results are likely to be.
