In need of a free background & criminal history check on someone else.

My son spends time w/ my ex-husbands girlfriend. How can I get a free backgound check and a criminal history report?

I don't know of any place that has a free background check. You can always hire a private investigator. Call Eye Spy Investigations at 5862855000

You can try two places on the internet, both are State of Michigan sites.

First, check the public Sex Offender Registry web site (http://www.mipsor.state.mi.us/)

Second, you can order a copy of criminal conviction through the State Police web site. Go to http://www.michigan.gov/msp and click on the I-CHAT logo on the left side. An I-CHAT search costs $10 through a credit card. It isn't free, but it's cheap and fast.
