Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
looking for help
How can a friend of mine get back into court? He had a public Defender & they the public defender told him to flea bargin.So he did just that & now we are having a hard time getting him back into court or finding a lawyer to take his case back to court.
I sure hope that u can help me figure out where to go from here.

We get MANY complaints about court appointed attorneys. Your friend should consult with an appeals attorney. Next time, hire an experienced and aggresive attorney.
