Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
My friend was not getting along with his neighbor. The neighbor would call child protective services each week about neglect and the like. The case worker came out found no problems etc. My friend made stickers with the neighbors name on them and a bad word "So and So is an ___hole" and he gave them away free at a local music concert. The stickers made their way onto street signs and even the neighbors car. They arrested my friend for "Public Peace-Harass Communication" if there any weight in this?
