Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

I know a little girl who is being molested by her father. How can I have him arrested when there is little to no evidence to prove his crimes? He has been reported at least 3 times to CPS. Right now he has full custody of her because her mother commited contempt of court by not allowing her to go with him because of his abuse.

Go to the local, state or county sheriff and report what you know and what your evidence is.

It is not your job to worry about evidence. Please focus on protecting the little girl. I recommend that you call the Michigan State Police right away. They have experts to help gather the evidence.

The above advice is absolutely on point. Go to the local Michigan State Police department and explain the situation. They have resources/experts to assist you. If you "know" that this is taking place, then you have some sort of evidence already.
