Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

Hello, me and my girlfriend had been arrested for shopplifting a box of condoms, they were about 3 dollars.

we have a court date set for the 7th, i was wondering what we should do in court.

one of the officers said that he would just plead not guitly and we would prolly just be let off seeing how the ammount was so low.

A box of condoms cost $3??? Dude... you owe your lady better than that.

When you get to court, plead not guilty and then carefully listen to what is told to you.

If you don't understand or don't agree with the offer, get a lawyer. The court can appoint one for you if you can't afford your own.
