Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Good Afternoon: I have a 17 year old son who before this had never been in trouble. He is currently facing (2) counts of 2nd degree home invasion in Michigan (Washtenaw County). He has a public defender and currently the prosecutor is offering him 1 1/2 years on each count to be served consecutively. My question today is; does this sound like a reasonable offer from the prosecutor.
