Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Is it a good possibility to get a diversion program for a petty larceny if it's my first charge? I stole 130 dollars from a roomatte. I am 19 years old. I know it was an awful mistake and I am deeply sorry that I did it. Thank you
