Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Grand Jury Testimonies
I would like to know if there is a way to read testimony given to the grand jury in a criminal case that lead to an indictment. Is this recorded information, and available to the public? I am interested in reading the testimony before a grand jury in a Federal Case in the 6th circuit of Eastern Michigan. Please tell me if this information is attainable, and if so how do I obtain it.
