grand rapids, mi. -owner of vaccume file case with police about vaccume being stolen, who stole vaccume. Person accused of stealing vaccume stated they borrowed vaccume, owner of vaccume informed of this tried to reopen case and told no. owner told police make, color, model # and serial # when case was opened.
