Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
My grandson is to be arraigned for harboring a minor. The minor was not found in his home or. Vehicle but he was said to have taken said minor to a party where she subsequently left with someone else but now a month later my grandson was picked up. Don' t know what to advise him to do.
