Hepatitis C
Can a person sue if they were exposed to Hepatitis C and told by the infected person who had it ''after'' being intimate with the infected person. And if so, are there in statute of limitations?

Yes to both questions. The original person might also be charged with an assault crime by the prosecutor if a police report is made.
