You will be immediately deportable if you are convicted of your second domestic assault. The Department of Homeland Security regards these crimes as proof of your moral turpitude. Since the court that hears your case is required to report you to the INS, the process is swift.

You do not want to be caught up in deportation proceedings as you will be incarcerated without bond until deported. You will be barred from readmittance to the US
